How sponsorship works

Some product reviews and rankings on pillowbrief are sponsored content. Sponsors pay for placement and editorial coverage. Our editorial team reviews and ranks all featured products against the same criteria, but you should know that the products we cover are products that have a commercial relationship with us.

Our rankings

Within a review, our editorial team independently scores products. However, the decision of which products to include is influenced by which brands are paid sponsors. We disclose this relationship at the top of every advertorial article.

Federal Trade Commission compliance

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255, "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising," every advertorial article on pillowbrief carries a "Sponsored — Advertiser disclosure" badge at the top, indicating that the content is sponsored.

Editorial independence

We do not write copy that contains medical or health claims. We do not claim that products cure, treat, or prevent any condition. Where products may help with comfort, temperature, or relaxation, we use language consistent with consumer protection guidelines.
